Weekly Challenge 07
6000 pushups in a month!  Ok, so this isn’t a ‘weekly’ challenge but a good challenge none the less that I want to take on now that I finished the no-excuses month-long challenge. This challenge essentially requires 200 pushups a day. if you break it down to sets of 50 every few hours, it is completely doable.

So I have had an amazing week of training.
