Daily Dose 12-24-11
Last two days in SJ have been surprisingly productive.  I learned quite a few things and eased myself back in to jumping around—and did some pretty successful rail precisions about 9-10 of my feet worth of distance (not far off from the 12-14 i could do a year ago pre-injury/sickness).  Plus, there is no pain in the knees! Women in Parkour
I just wanted to write a quick post about women in parkour.  Most people who know me know I advocate for encouraging women to try parkour.  This apparently has resulted in some people thinking I only like training with women—which absolutely not true.  In fact, I am very much against segregated training… with almost everything.  I think women and men can vibe off one anther really well...
